Special Events
RAOA has at least one special event each year. The Installation of Officers occurs annually every January at a local restaurant. We induct our Board of Directors and award a member with the Outstanding Service Award. It is a night filled with socializing and networking while enjoying the best food Richmond has to offer. Every few years, RAOA hosts a Tradeshow. The last one was held in March 2017 at the Westwood Club. RAOA also hosted Mr. Landlord for a meeting in September of 2014 and October of 2016.

Welcome to Richmond Apartment Owners Association
The Richmond Apartment Owners Association was founded
in 1996 by forty interested Owners/Managers who wanted to bring
together apartment owners in the Richmond, Virginia community to
network with each other, buy and sell real estate, and help each
other with the daily challenges of rental real estate.
Richmond Apartment Owners Association Membership is available
for any owner or manager of one or more rental units, and/or vendors
of goods or services, who are interested in having a voice in
their future in the City of Richmond and surrounding areas.
