Monthly Meetings
The General Membership Meeting takes place on the Second Tuesday of each month at the Westwood Club (Click here for directions) at Noon. The fee is $20 for members and includes a buffet lunch, speaker, and networking opportunities. The fee is $30 for non members to attend with the above benefits, but non members are limited to attending two meetings before joining the association. The Think Tank meets on the Third Tuesday of each month at the Robin Inn, 2601 Park Ave, Richmond, VA 23220 at Noon. For our current topic, please go to the Speakers and Topics page. This is a casual setting where ideas, policies and procedures relating to the apartment industry are exchanged. This is a meeting for RAOA members only.
The RAOA Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. We are meeting at MeKong Vietnamese Cuisine (6004 W. Broad St., Henrico, VA 23230) at Noon. Members are welcome to attend and new agenda topics should be given to the President in advance.
